• Effectively introduce and integrate new technologies; Cisco Unified Communications, VMWare Virtual Data Center, Microsoft Windows 7, ERP & CRM Software, Microsoft Exchange & SharePoint.
• Increase productivity and profitability through the elimination of performance and maintenance bottlenecks in systems.
• Participate in business planning, process workflow management and improvement of efficiency in Call Center operations.
• Direct E-Commerce, Social Media, SEO, and Online reputation strategies to improve the image of the Dealer group in an emerging online vehicle marketplace.
